The beer was fine. The aroma was really good. The nose was different to anything I’ve really had before. The colour was great, and the mouthfeel was good but the bitterness was too high, especially with the lack of malt backbone.
Drinkable but I wouldn’t brew this again.
I’ve made tweaks to this recipe and have re-brewed it.

Didn’t really dig the hop aroma on this.
The beer tasted clean, the colour was great, the aroma was just a bit off.
It was also a bit too bitter. Without the malt backbone the bitterness really comes through.
Will have another crack at this with a slightly different grain bill, and different hops.
