If using fresh pumpkin, cut into quarters, seed, and bake in oven at 350°F (177°C) for 45 minutes. Scoop pumpkin from skin. Add baked pumpkin or canned pumpkin to the mash. Mash the grains and pumpkin for 60 minutes at 154°F (68°C)
