Notes

Started with 19 gallons, got 15 into the kettle, ended up dumping about one gallon of extra wort from mash tun. Boiled close to 100 minutes after adding 1/4 gallon-ish of excess wort. Brewed on 8/18/18. Started at 8:30am, finished at 5pm. That included cleanup and recirc of pbw water in pump and BK. Pitched 5 fresh dry yeast packs and 1 that was semi old. Pitched about 5 hours after finishing brew. Transferred to fermenter when it was 81 degrees.
