Target Water Profile
Light colored and malty
Notes
All crystal hops blonde ale. Using Imperial House/Wyeast 1098-not sure its going to be the right yeast?
Brew Day 7/8/18
1.048 OG
Smells, tastes good.
Mashed 150-152
Whirlpool hops from around 190 to 130 over about 30 min.
07/12/2018 Fermented at 65 f for 5 days. At 1.008. Very tasty right now. great citrusy profile with some light esters. Raising to 68 for D-rest/finish, then to crash to 34, dump yeast and carb.
