Boil Time: 80 min
Hop add at 55 min
Pre boil actual vol: 6.75 gal
Post boil vol: 5.75 gal
Actual OG: 1.037 - Used 5 gal wort, diluted with 0.5 gal water to achieve recipe OG 1.034
Cause: Brew House Efficency was actually 85%, not 78% as per original recipe. Also, boil off rate was lower than expected in a new kettle.
