Notes

One third got 2oz centennia/2 oz azacca whirlpool, + US-05. This was dry hopped with 2 oz centennial, 1 oz el dorado, 1 oz mandarina bavaria on day 8. A sample pre-dry hopped had a saison-like ester character that I enjoyed, but that didn't remind me of US-05. That batch is on untappd as https://untappd.com/b/rob-s-homebrew-lazy-hazy-summer-daze/2765889

One third got belle saison, waiting for a mixed culture.

One third got WB-06, waiting for a mixed culture.
