VOORSPELLING OPSCHALEN
had eerst 45 L, maar dan kom je op maischdikte iets van 2l/kg. dat is te dik. heb t nu aangepast naar 25 liter inmaischen (wat wel maximaal lijkt, anders stroomt de pan over). Dan kan ik dus max 10 kilo mout eraan toevoegen. Voorspelling:
25 liter inmaischen
-14 liter verlies maischen spoelen filteren
+16 liter spoelwater
+1L kokend water
27 liter gefilterd wort
-5 liter verlies koken
22 liter wort
+19 liter koelwater
40 liter bier.

NOTITIES:
2.5 L/kg te dikke wort. Mik op 2.8-3.0 L/kg
25 L + 10kg was te veel, paste initieel niet in de pan.
Na koken = 22.5L wort?
toegevoegd: 4*2=8L bevroren bar-le-duc in de pan? en nog eens iets in de ton?
Start SG = 1.050 en niet tot de 40 Liter gekomen.
