Notes

clean and drinkable but according to judges, is a little thin compared to style. Recommend adding an additional pound of DME and maybe a little carafoam to add body and mouthfeel. Many stout junkies at local home brew shop very much enjoyed this one, didn't recommend any changes unless I was to enter it in competition.
