Notes

For Scary Clown Skate-aid 5. Double hopped IP suitable for vegans.

Almost all hops late addition as with all my more recent brewing. Just some in at the start to help stop foaming/boil over.

Oats in there to help with the mouthfeel as I'm mashing fairly low temp for a lower-body beer.

cold crash last 3 days to try and clear and drop fermentor dry hops.
