I just used city water. It taste good. I can't taste any chlorine or other bad tastes. I would like to further experiment with other water profiles in the future. |

Notes
This is a single hop beer with a new to me hops Cashmere. I like hoppy beers so you could always cut back on the hops or add. My recipes usually look very high in IBUs but, to me, they sometimes don't seem like enough.
