Notes
Add the corn sugar at 5 minutes left in boil.
The Centennial and Citra additions at 0 minutes of the boil are added at flameout. Stir and cool immediately to 168-170. Add whirlpool hops and hopstand for 30 minutes.
Keep in primary for first & second dryhopping. Rack to secondary, onto 2 oz of cryo hops. Cold crash 24-48 hours & keg.
Fermentation temp. Starting - ~66. Day 3 - 68. Day 5 - 69. Day 7 - 70.
