Notes

Not aiming at any style, but rather strolling through my inventory back and forth, this Ale is a light, quite hoppy red beer brewed with plenty of English hops.
Not too strong in ABV so as to both save on extracts and have something refreshing for the next warm summer.

Have been batch sparging with warm water (around 50°C) for some 10 minutes. I took advantage of the small grist to squeeze every tiny bit of sugar out of it, gettinng a 1.039 OG.
