  • oublier de mettre le bazooka pour le mash
  • Calibration du ph metre ok mais pas de mesures

    -2 galon d'eau démiméralizé au bébut

  • Strike water 5 gal a 166 degre

  • Le 166 est trop haut car la chute lorsque j'ai mis le grain a tombé a 160 vers le bas et 154 a la surface.

  • Ajout d'un galon a la fin 2 minutes avant whirpool

    Houblon whirpool libre mais 2 autres dans sag. Sinon, les sacs pognent dans le whirpool

    2 paquet salale 5 pré hydraté

    Temperature pièce 19 degré et mout degré 17 deg (19 fév 20h00. J'ai fait un reset de la température min\max)
