Put lid back on.
Added Yeast Cell Energizer on 1/28/18

Transferred into secondary on 2/4/2018
Gravity was 1.006 g/ml

2/24/18 Bottling day
OG: 1.066 g/ml
FG: 1/006 g/ml
8.16 SG
But add priming DME
may add a few points
4.5 oz of Light DME
