Notes

After sitting in the keg at 40 degrees for about 2 weeks the pineapple flavor really comes out. I have also taken to splitting the LME into 2 different additions, one at the beginning and the other at around 20 minutes left in the boil. My dry hop I am also doing prior to reaching FG. This has become my wife and I's regular brew.
