Citrus burst with excellent aroma and lasting flavor. Very distinct taste with the Centennial hops.
Basshook Brewery • 12/12/2017 at 08:19pm Next time i brew this using 1272, i might drop back the dry hop addition to .5oz as the yeast definitely pulls alot of citrus out of the hops.
