unfinished recipe :

currently im thinking since ive done the whole hazy NEIPA thing, might be cool to hop the crap out of this but try to make it head retentive and clear af. whirlfloc and cold crash. drop the oats. if i drop the wheat too then i should add some carafoam or something to help the head but that wont contribute to haze....

also will wanna use 1056 or maybe even try the steam yeast
