Notes

A ridiculous beer that is 100% in style for an American IPA except for the insane IBU rating. We had the idea to brew the most bitter beer in the country without it tasting like complete ass.

Would have loved to keep this as a sMasH, but we need some sweetness with all of the hops.

This thing was insane. Bitter as anything, but the backbone was decent and the beer wasn't undrinkable. One just couldn't have much of it without lamenting one's own life.
