Started brewing around 2004 odd. Moved to all grain some time in 2008 or thereabouts. Conical fermenters, 80 litre boiler, 25 liter mash tun and 15 meter counterflow chiller was the setup at that time.
Acquired a Grainfather in 2017, scaled down brewing volumes and placing focus on experimental beers.
I brew a variety of styles, with preference to malt forwards beers like Bock, and Scottish Ales. I enjoy California Common and the odd crisp lager here and there.
