Notes

A White IPA for Northern Hemisphere summers -- brewed with Southern Hemisphere hops.

XJA2/436 is an experimental South African hop reported to have tropical, berry, melon, and tobacco notes. So I paired it with a touch of Golden Naked Oats (described as nutty and berry-like) in the grain bill to round out the flavor a bit.

No secondary necessary, just add the hops once the krausen has pretty much dropped back in, and start your diacetyl rest. Cold crash, transfer off the trub into a keg or bottles, make it spritzy, and drink it fast!
