Notes

Used 15 litres of water to the mash, calculated about 3l loss for the grains, might actually have been 4 in reality, did not press the bag enough and did no "lautering".

Threw in the grains at 70c and it dropped down to 67, perfect. Had fallen to 63c after 30 minutes so threw in 2 more litres of hot water again. Got back up to 67. Should now be at 14 litres so threw in 9 litres more for a total of 23l. Expected 4l boiloff and 1l trub.
