Notes
Three-stage starter used, as yeast was 5 months old.
Pulled 1 qt from wort after boiling 10 minutes (prior to adding hops) to use for future starter, so actual target into fermenter was 4.8 gallons.
Tasting note: Not as bitter as expected. SG at "mid-fermentation" sample = 1.014. FG at packaging 1.011.
