Notes

Note: dry hopping keg not carboy

159 strike temp too warm. Overshot by a few degrees. Mashed in at 153... turned burner on simmer at 146.... finished at 150.

darker color than anticipated

let it chill outside and pitched at 80

1/26/17
color looks on point... kegged using 9 oz honey to carb... final gravity near zero... dry hopped keg using mesh bag 4 oz total pellets of softer hops

Everyone greatly enjoyed this beer.
