Reviens à 23$ pour 70 capsules donc environ 0,66$ la brasse de 20 Litre, au lieux d'un sachet de lacto wyeast a 17$ la brasse :)
Attention pitcher entre 20 et 45 degré maximum, le mout doit etre assez froids
Ensuite on rends hermétique le moût, car il doit le moins possible etre en contact avec l'oxygène vive le cellophane :) |
