Style/Philosophy/Story: An American Blonde that is both an easy drinking summer beer that I can quickly get into bottles as well as true enough to a style to get it into some competition. Wanting to get more specific with my brewing and process to get comfortable enough to feel I can produce good enough beers to enter into competitions.
