Notes

Bringing my brewing back to something more basic.
This will be my third batch after brewing an Amber Ale, a Brown Porter and overly complicating things by trying a 7.5% ABV IPA.

Focus on getting my process dialed and having something refreshing and easy to drink. Dry hopping is optional.

Hope this recipe helps noobs like myself.
Any advice or criticism is welcome.
