MASH SCHEDULE: SINGLE INFUSION
Sacch’ Rest: 152° F for 60 minutes
Mashout: 170° F for 10 minutes
Wyeast 1056 American Ale.
1) Strike - 4.56 gallons at 164.4F
Mash @ 152 for 60 min<br />
2) Vorlauf and collect runnins (~2.8 gal)
3) Sparge - 3.8 gallons at 175F for 10 minutes
4) Vorlauf and collect runnings - should be 6.5 gallons total
