Notes

Day 0: Vitality starter 1,000ml wort plus WLP830 for 4 hours, then pitch and ferment at 65F.
Day 10: Mix 170
water plus unflavored gelatine and pour in keg. Rack clean beer into oxygen-purged keg, then place in keezer and set to 25 PSI.
Day 11: Reduce pressure to 10 PSI, and dump a pint of the yeasty beer.
Day 18: Sacrifice the first pint then enjoy .
