Notes
original recipe:
Jarvis' well water.
Single infusion mash at 145F for 1.5 hours with salts and enzymes added
90 minute boil with 2 oz. motueka at 30 and 1 oz. motueka at 5.
Yeast pitch at 64F allowed to rise to 70F for 7 days of primary. Rack to secondary and slowly cold crashed over the course of a week down to 45F, then allowed another week to clear out, 2 weeks total in secondary. Bottle conditioned for 3 weeks.
