Notes

• 3# Pilsen LME
• ¼ of extract at beginning (45) and ¼ at 10
• Simcoe hops: .18 oz at 45, .18 at 15 and .4 at 1 minute (recipe called for 5 min)
• ¼ tablet of Whirlflock at 5
• 5.5 oz of C20
• 2 oz of Carapils
• S-05 yeast (about ½ pack)
• Dry hopped remaining .24 oz of Simcoe for 5 days.
We like it. For me, could use a little more aroma hops. I could add a wee bit more @45 as well.
Normally, add late addition at 10 min. That is when the calculator assumes it is added. I did 15 min for this beer.
