Brew Date -1/11/21

UPDATE - 1/25 - Racked into glass carboy after primary fermentation and a 2-3 day rest @ 68 degrees. Took a SG reading and it was 1.010 for a whopping attenuation of 82% so far!

Lagering @ 33 degrees.

Update - 3/12/21 - Kegged with 3oz of sugar, then burped with Co2. Lagered 46 days

Actual Results:

Total water: 10 gallons - would lessen to 9.5 - 9.75
Pre-boil volume: 8.25 gallons - would lesson to 7.75
Ending kettle volume: 6.5 gallons - good after long boil
Boil time: 120 min - would lessen to 90 min
Efficiency: 78%
OG: 1.057
FG: 1.009
ABV: 6.3
Attenuation: 84%
IBU's: 29
SRM: 10.4
