Notes

Using Pacifica Hop Extract as the bittering at 80 mins. I have 2 siringes, each having 3.3 aau's. So a 6.6 aau together. 2 aau's higher than the recipe calls for at the T-90 minute. The ibu total bill is out because there is no hop extract calculator. Totalhop bill will be around 49 -50 ibu, well at least that is what the recipe calls for!!
