OG 1.046 post boil
5.5 gal to lager~ plus ~ a gal left over in the hops for a mini batch w/ us-05
pitched dry at 75
weather cool and steady 12/6/20
bubbling next AM at 65F
move to and ferment in ferment cave at ~ 46 f
mishaps:
-drained first runnings to ground
-started raining during chilling (like always) and some went in the kettle (like always)
-couldnt find hop screen and rigged filter fell off. stopped shy of 6 gal to fermentor when valve plugged - good enough.
