move to and ferment in ferment cave at ~ 46 f

mishaps:
-drained first runnings to ground
-started raining during chilling (like always) and some went in the kettle (like always)
-couldnt find hop screen and rigged filter fell off. stopped shy of 6 gal to fermentor when valve plugged - good enough.
