Notes

Apart from this beer being undercarbonated (my error!!!) it is my best yet. The Simcoe and Galaxy hops really work well together as did the grain bill. This beer reminded me of some of the American bottled IPA's on sale at the moment - Goose Island as an example. Well chuffed!!
