Notes
1) 4 gals of filter water, heat to 160F
2) Steep grains for 45 mins
3) Discard grains
4) Heat to low rolling boil
5) Start of boil add 1 oz citra hops
6) @ 30 mins add 1 oz mosaic hops
7) @ 1 min, add 1 oz, mosaic/ 1 oz simcoe
8) Stop boil, saintitze ferm
9) Add 8.3lbs of ice and 1 gal of distilled water to fermeter
10) Dump wort into fermenter bucket
11) Grab hydrometer sample
12) Pitch yeast. Cap fermenter, add airlock with sani
13) Ferment at 65F for 6 days
14) Dry Hop(see hop chart)
15) Ferment for another 4 days
16) Package in bottles, bottle conditoning for 1 week at 65F
17) Chill and enjoy!
8lbs ice/ 1 gal distilled water in ferm after boil
