Notes
1) 4.75 gals of water, heat to 150F
2) Add steeping grains
3) Steep for 45 min
4) Remove grain
5) Heat to boil, add 2 canisters of CBW Golden Light
6) 60 min boil (add 1 oz CTZ hops)
7) 30 min, add 1 oz El Dorado Hops
8) 10 min, add 1 oz Cascade Hops
9) 1 min, add 1 oz Cascade Hops
10) Add 1 gal distilled water, Cooling wort to ~65F (Grab hydrometer sample)(remove muslin bag of hops)
11) Sanitize your fermentor
12) Add US-05 yeast pack
13) Ferment at 65F for 6 days
14) Add 1oz cascade hops, 1oz El Dorado hops
15) Ferment for 4 more days and package
16) Sani your bottles, dose each bottle with pop shot sugar tabs
17) Bottle condition for 1 week, chill, and serve
