Notes

Add black treacle and golden syrup 10mins before end of boil.
Add cold steeped black malt liquid at flameout
After flameout whirlpool for 10mins then chill to 18C

Pitch yeast at 18–20°C.
Days 0–3: 18°C
Days 4–7: 20–21°C
Days 8–14: 21–22°C
Gently rouse yeast around day 5–6

Store BEFORE Priming:

2 × 5 L demijohns to the neck
Bottle ~1.5–2 L for early tasting
12–14°C ideal (10–16°C acceptable)
Duration: 2–3 months
