Notes
Mashed Munich at 122 for 30 minutes. Added wild rice and boiled potatoes, raised temp to 151 and mashed for 60 minutes. Potato and wild rice raised the pH to 5.5. Boiled for 60 minutes. Chilled to 61 degrees. Oxygenated for 7 minutes. Pitched yeast and put in the fermentation chamber which was sitting at 68 degrees.
