처음 발효가 시작되었으나 15브릭스에서 10브릭스로 바뀌고 더 발효가 진행되지 않음. 효모가 문제인가 싶어 와인 효모를 투입함. 변화없어서 설탕을 넣으니 발효가 됨. 그래서 엄청나게 높은 도수의 맥주가 만들어짐.
