Notes
Original uses 250gr of vienna instead of munich and golden promise, but was what I had at hand. Also uses Mittlefruh instead of Saaz.
Weikert proposes the use of Wyeast 1275, Thames Valley Ale. M36 Liberty Bell Ale seems to be the closest one. Also worth trying S-04. But, it not in a rush, I'd go with 34/70.
