Using 34/70 until I can do lager temps for the Mexican lager yeast.
Using my regular Vienna lager recipe water chemistry 4.5g gypsum, CaCl 5.10g
11/06/25 for some reason the efficiency is 89%. Shooting for a 5% beer.
12/7 Kegged. Og was 1.065 but FG was 1.021 5.78% Maybe should have used to yeast packets but happy with the 5% beer
