L'Inconscient is a study in controlled chaos, birthed from the same sonic intensity as Paleface Swiss’s "Subliminal." Built on a crisp 80% Pilsen foundation, this Rauchbier subverts tradition by introducing a sharp, 10% edge of Chocorye, providing a jagged, spicy roast that lingers long after the smoke clears. The 10% addition of Wheat Blanc creates a deceptive, smooth mid-palate, masking the beer's true power just like a hidden message in a breakdown.

Fermented with a dual-yeast strike of Nova and Diamond, the profile remains cold, clean, and clinical, allowing the herbal, earthy notes of Savinjski Golding hops to cut through the heavy smoke. It is a beer of layers; what you taste on the surface is only the beginning of the noise that lies beneath.
