Levadura S04 1 Litro , sacado de fermentador primario de misma receta 1 dia despues de High krausen, desde la canilla inferior media torta y media cerveza en fermentacion, Fermentacion empieza a 8hs con high krausen a 48 hs, @16°C , a 75% atenuación aumento a 18°C, y al terminar descansa a 20°C por 2 dias.

Se enfria a 5° durante 24hs, 5g de Gelatina solución agregada a 12hs.

Se pasa a barril a lager 2 semanas con 5 bar de CO2 @5-8°C.
