The fermentation took right off when I pitched the yeast at 53 degrees F. The gravity had dropped to 1.028 in about 10 days. But then nothing. Tried raising the temperature to 60 to see if fermentation would restart to very minimal results. Took gravity reading after 3+ weeks in primary and it was at 1.024. Oh well. it will still be drinkable but not to style and it will probably get some gameday brats boiled in it. Sometimes you win, and sometimes you learn from mistakes
