Lallemand Nottingham Ale Brewing Yeast

Boil up each LME in separate pots and add half a bag of DME into each pot. Boil slowly while stirring while trying not to burn/scorch the bottom of the kettle. Add Cascade hops to a pot while boiling for just 30 minutes. Pull out hops after 20 minutes and turn off pots and cover overnight. As cooling, and at about 150 degrees F. Add 1 ounce of Victoria's Secret hops for 10 minutes because this hop is a powerful bittering hops but has some unique smells and tastes. When cool enough, pour the contents of both pots into the fermenter and top off to 5 gallons. Add the Nottingham at 80 degrees, cover, and ferment for over a week. Add 2 Coopers Carbonation Drops to 22 oz bottle, or 1 for 12 oz., and cap. Let it sit unrefrigerated for at least a month, or longer is better.

Very crisp and clean ale, with exotic smell and tasting with its hops and yeast. Very Interesting fruity after-taste. For an extract beer, it's so easy and tasty.
