-Buy water from WinCo (10 gallons was good)
-Tettnanger Hops was preferred but only low AA available, so went with a higher AA German hop. Estimated 60% efficiency with hops due to higher altitude/discussions with local brew store, so 18 IBU likely inaccurate.
