The Royal Three Malts from the UK: Maris Heritage Scottish Golden Promise and Chevallier!! Bittered with Comet....my go-to for a lower IBU beer and then EKG at all the traditional boil points ,,,,,with Brett, of course.....will keep you updated....1st keg is magical.... tastes incredible.....a little higher ABV than traditional but that was intended....I figure 6 1/4% ish.......YUMMMMM!!!!!
