I used the short and shoddy method on this one. Fermented at 19C and no lagering (other than sitting in my keg fridge for a week while carbonating). Other than being cloudy, it was a great, clean tasting beer that my fellow hockey enthusiasts destroyed.

Yeah, yeah, not traditional lager, but I'm not entering it into a comp. Jump on the short and shoddy bandwagon for these great tasting home lagers (serve in solo cups for greater concealment).
