EX PALEはモルトサイズが大きく濾過がうまくいく。
そのため、オーツ14%と小麦11%の計27%麦汁を作りタンパク質を多くする。ホップは16g/L DHすることでよりリッチな香りに。ホップオイルを発酵の途中で入れてバイオトランスさせ、さらにモザイクT90でオイル感をマスク。586Krushとモザイクが香りが似ているため同じ香りを出しつつシトラでバランスよく作る。
