Notes
Mash temp was more of a guess but it worked out well. Mashed for 60 minutes. At 45 we removed 2.5 kilos of mash to boil, boiled and stirred for 25-30 minutes then returned to pot.
Stirred mash and then removed bad and drained it. Took A WHILE to boil due to gas running out but we hopped on schedule plus added 2g of Mozirje hops with the saaz.
Fermentation 26 liters at 22-21celsious and wrapped in warm towel. After 9 days it was at fg(i hope) and flavour was lagerish, no off characters but not as hoppy. yeast sediment was impacting flavour. Needs to lager 1.5 months to tell the result
